NECA Board Governor Earl Restine, Jr. was recently honored with NECA’s most prestigious award, The Founders Award. A miniature lighthouse is presented to symbolize lighting a way towards a goal while at the same time, helping to navigate the obstacles and dangers along the way.
Restine is a three-term NECA President and current chapter representative on the National Board of Governors. He is a current and 25-year Trustee of the JATC, the last seven of which he has chaired and he also sits on the Statewide JATC Committee and has done so since 2008. He was a Pension Trustee from 1999-2003 and has served on the Drug Testing Board since 2004.
Restine, who started his career as an apprentice before moving up through the ranks to become owner of Fuller Electric, a 35-year NECA member, is only one of ten who have ever received the Founders Award. He accepted the award to a standing ovation at the Annual Installation of Officers Dinner Dance on January 10, 2015.
